The recommended starting dose is 6 capsules per day, taken on an empty stomach with water. Some people choose to front-load initially - up to 12 capsules per day for the first one to two weeks — then reduce to a maintenance dose. Because colostrum supports detox and cellular repair, some people notice a brief adjustment response in the first week. This is normal and typically resolves quickly.
